As Category Buyer IT (m/w/d), you are part of the Indirect Procurement Team and take responsibility for the implementation and further development of the IT ware group. You work closely with the Category Manager, which is responsible for the cross-border strategy and governance. Their role is strategic, complemented by operational and tactical tasks to a small extent. This will significantly help you implement the strategic requirements into concrete measures and develop the supplier base for IT products and services in a sustainable manner.

Implementation and further development of product group strategy for IT in coordination with Category Manager Implementation of market and demand analyses on strategic orientation Negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements with strategic suppliers Supplier management incl. evaluation, development and risk management Identification of cost optimization potentials and derivation of strategic measures Participation in projects for digitization and process optimization in purchasing Operational support for tenders and orders (small)

Completed commercial or technical studies or comparable training Multiannual experience in purchasing, ideally focusing on IT Knowledge of strategic product group management German and English skills Analytical thinking, communication strength and organizational talent Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge of advantage
