As a member of the project management team, you are responsible for all quality management (QM) topics in the project, mainly in the field of software. In this function, plan, coordinate and conduct all project-specific measures to ensure the quality of the contractual delivery and performance volumes in cooperation with the project management team and the specialist departments. They prioritize and organize your QM-relevant activities in the projects. As a “Single Point of Contact” you will ensure the exchange with all involved parties (e.g. customers, project management, suppliers) during the offer and implementation phase of a QM project. You will guide the team members assigned to you in the project professionally. You create, control and monitor the QM-specific documents in the project. They support the implementation of project and company-internal audits. This position includes an incorporation time at Kiel site for about 3-6 months.

They have a successfully completed technical study with the field of shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent qualification. You have knowledge of the basic QM standards (ISO 9001, EN9100, AQAP 2110, 2210, 2310) and have as much experience as possible with regard to Quality management in project work and project processing. They bring experience in project management, like the processing of technical projects and may have an existing certification according to IPMA. You have been able to successfully take over the professional leadership of teams and convince your environment through safe occurrence and communication strength. It is an independent and structured way of working. They show their own initiative and enjoy team work. They have a reliable knowledge of English in word and writing and are ready for business trips in Germany and abroad.
