As a machine operator (m/w/d) in Tostedt, you work close to production and make sure that the machines are running around in 3-shift operation. In this role, you keep an eye on processes, check the quality of the results and pick up where it counts in the daily business.

• You serve and monitor machines in the ongoing production process and pay attention to a stable process in the 3-layer model.
• In setup, start and control processes, you work carefully and help keep standstills as short as possible.
• The quality check is a key part of this: you control parts, recognize deviations early and report incidents directly.
• You can document work steps, test results and special features to keep production clean.
• In the 3-shift operation, you will arrange a smooth run at your workplace together with the team for order, safety and security.
• In case of small disturbances or simple rework, you trade attentively and keep the production flow in mind.
• You work at a location in Hamburg and contribute to quality, speed and cleanliness.

We are looking for

For this position, you fit well if you work reliably, you like to pack practically and remain concentrated in the 3-layer model. As a machine operator (m/w/d), you don't need a long career, but a good eye for processes, quality and clean work.

• First experience in production, machine operation or a comparable environment is helpful, but no need.
• You work carefully and have a good eye for details at the quality check.
• Basic technical understanding facilitates the handling of machines and production processes.
• The working time in the 3-layer model should be reliable and easy to integrate into your everyday life.
• Layer models with changing inserts are possible for you and you stay focused even when it gets more vivid.
• You handle material, tool and equipment responsibly and adhere to clear specifications.
• Team skills, punctuality and a pragmatic way of working complete your profile.
