M365 Engineer (w/m/d)

• Full design and implementation of Microsoft 365 Modern Work
• Integration and operation of M365 into a hybrid IT landscape (On-Premises & Cloud)
• Definition and configuration of governance, compliance and security policies
• Optimization of tools for cooperation and productivity, including the integration of copilot functions
• Configuration and optimization of Azure Cloud environments

PROFIL**

• successfully completed studies (Dipl.-FH or Bachelor) in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study and multiannual professional experience in the mentioned field of work or
• a successfully completed IT vocational training, e.g. as a specialist informant (w/m/d) with several years of professional experience and in combination with extensive training in two other IT fields (e.g. design and operation of collaboration platforms and platforms for digital technologies)
• Found experience of Microsoft 365 services and their architecture
• Very good knowledge of the architecture and implementation of Microsoft cloud services
• Communication strength and independent development of complex topics
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
