What we plan together: The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Handel D looks at the complete supply chain of REWE and Penny in Germany. Our goal is to optimize the overall process and thereby achieve higher customer satisfaction. The Team SCM Network Control & Projects is responsible for optimizing the reference path control and the project management for cross-thematic topics. One focus here is on analysis and concepts for efficient and cost-optimal control of the network / article allocation. As a working student in the Team SCM Network Control & Projects, you contribute to our success. Use the role as an entry into Logistics & SCM and the world of food retail. What you do with us: Logistics & SCM is your cutting horse: You take a variety of and exciting tasks and bring you and your skills proactively. You can do your own research, data queries and analyses; based on your analyses, you will find information and decision documents. In addition, you support the team in organizing, conducting and refurbishing meetings. You take responsibility: You work independently, from research, preparation, implementation to refurbishment - with your commitment you make a real difference. You communicate at eye level: Within the scope of your tasks, you will be in regular exchange with colleagues in Logistics & SCM as well as in other areas of REWE Group.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: You combine analytical skills with team spirit and willingness to use, and you are passionate about logistics processes. You are enrolled:r Student:in economics (ideally with focus on logistics or supply chain management), engineering sciences or a similar degree course and still have at least one year of study before you. If possible, you could already gain first professional experience as an intern:in or working student:in – experiences in (commercial) logistics or in supply chain management are particularly advantageous. Your communication strength as well as an independent and self-sponsored way of working are yours. A safe handling of MS Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint, is of course for you. Experiences with the analysis of large data sets and first programming knowledge would be an optimal addition to your profile. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
