As part of our dedicated IT team, you will ensure that central applications are stable, safe and efficient at all times. You take responsibility for complex applications, find solutions for challenging challenges and actively shape the further development of our digital system landscape.

Your tasks at a glance: You ensure the stable operation of our central IT applications, including document management, HR and portal solutions. Complex fault analyses are part of everyday life for you. In 3rd level support, you identify causes, troubleshoot and drive optimizations forward. Watch the stability and performance of the applications, perform updates and security patches and test new features. Technical documentation keeps you up to date and develop practical concepts for a smooth application operation. For more complex topics, you will take over the coordination of external service providers and ensure the quality of the services provided. Together with internal disciplines, you develop our systems and actively contribute their knowledge to the development of our central knowledge pool.

Complete studies in the field of computer science or business informatics, completed training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist informatics/in system integration) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT administration and 3rd level support Funded knowledge in Microsoft servers, Windows systems and application operation Experience with web servers, portal solutions and SQL databases Safe handling of PowerShell and network environments Ideally knowledge of Linux administration Good knowledge of German and English Analytical and solution-oriented working methods as well as team skills and communication strength
