In your role as a specialist:in the field of quality control and safety you are very close to the product. You check, analyze, document – and make sure that our food meets the highest standards. Sounds dry? It's not. You are part of a team with passion for food safety and quality.

You have experience in carrying out microbiological and chemical sampling and are sure to deal with basic laboratory activities You know the requirements for hygienic sampling and handling according to the standards of food production You evaluate the hygiene situation in operation and monitor production and packaging systems You support the continuous development of our HACCP concept You control products and processes at all relevant points – incl. CCPs, return patterns and in-process controls You analyze product deviations and actively work on solutions You coordinate sampling plans and prepare operations You support complaints, recalls or official investigations You carry out sensory tests and document MHDs You support other departments in quality issues You control goods and send samples to external laboratories You’ll start trend analysis and perform validations and verifications You're schooling for hygiene, IfSG and allergen management

Complete training in food technology, as a chemical laboratory:in or comparable Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance Good knowledge of the application of quality assurance methods and tools Embossed quality awareness and eye for details High team capability and communication strength Self-employed and solution-oriented work
