• Acquisition of the function as a leading specialist for occupational safety for Uniper Wärme GmbH

• Coordination and support in the implementation and development of management systems ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 as management system manager

• Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits

• Advice and support of the management team to strengthen the HSSE culture in the company

• Promoting the learning process in the field of HSSE and Process Safety

• Perspective design of standards and processes in heating plants

• Support for projects and technical operations with regard to statutory and technical HSSE and Process Safety requirements

• Participation in the further development and implementation of partner company management, including implementation of partner company audits

• Creation and continuous development of internal guidelines and procedural instructions in the field of HSSE

• Completed engineering studies or comparable technical qualification

• Training as a specialist for occupational safety (Sifa) according to § 7 ASiG

• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and ideally in the field of Process Safety

• Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of occupational safety, environmental or safety management, preferably in the energy or process industry

• Excellent commitment to safety and environmental issues and a high sense of responsibility

• Team-oriented work and high communication strength across all hierarchical levels

• Self-initiative, analytical thinking and structured working

• Ready for occasional journeys within Germany
