With us, you are not only in the middle of it: you work on strategic, operational and analytical issues relating to the core business of PENNY Germany with the focus on actions and collect valuable practical experience as an integral part of our team.

You can move a lot with us. You are an integral part of our “Projects & Processes” team in CM Support and get to know the multifaceted project environment in trade (focus action). You participate in the preparation of presentation documents and assist in the preparation and follow-up of strategic appointments. You conduct independent analyses with internal and external data and conduct well-founded findings. You take your own (partial) tasks and get your own topics. At the same time, you are in close contact with the project team, developing solutions and presenting your results in the team.

You can become part of our team. You are characterized by a quick conception, structured thinking, aiming and a pronounced team orientation. You are a student: in the Business Administration, Economics, (economic) informatics or a related degree course with above-average performances and are at the end of your Bachelor's degree or Master's degree. You can support us for 4–6 months (in parts of mobile work possible). You already have first practical experience through internships or work-studierende activities - ideally in trade, in the consumer goods industry, in consulting or in strategic business areas. You work independently, proactively and solution-oriented. You have very good MS Office skills – especially in Excel and PowerPoint. You have a strong data affinity, you think strategically and have fun to tackle complex issues in a structured manner. In addition, you are open to technology and are happy to develop innovative solutions.
