Our experts in department coordination, real estate development, construction project and building management as well as environmental and energy management support all phases of our diverse portfolio under one roof. As one of the key tasks of the next decade, we see the transition to an ecologically and economically sustainable self-sufficiency and external care of our properties, CO2-conscious and forward-looking. With a long-term perspective, we will implement modern and customer-oriented rehabilitation facilities and working environments for our 26,000 colleagues, who will ensure a smooth running of the core business of the DRV Bund. At our location in Stralsund we maintain a gross floor area of around 86,000 square meters.

At our location in Stralsund, you take on the technical support of the electrical installations on site in a special trust position and thus ensure a smooth and trouble-free building operation. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Organisation and guarantee the qualitative compliance of maintenance, maintenance and repair work on the electrical equipment in your area of responsibility Independent monitoring, operation and fault analysis at the systems of high-current technology up to 30 kV Coordination and monitoring of our craftsmen in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and rebuilding measures Self-implementation of repair work throughout the building - including work at increased workplaces Support in the implementation of change processes, in particular in the ecological optimization of technical installations The activity is associated with few, well-planned service trips and rare operations outside the regular service at the Stralsund site.

You like to work in the team, maintain a communication at eye level and are characterized by a service-oriented working method. In addition, you have the following: A successfully completed training as a masterin or a successful completion as a state-tested technicianin in electrical engineering or a comparable discipline (e.g. energy technology) Current and multiannual professional experience as an electrical specialist in the field of high-current technology Ideally, you already have the switching authorization up to 30 kV as well as the qualifications of first aiders and commissioned person for elevator installations (e.g. elevator guards*in).
