As a general contractor, we implement various construction projects and cover the entire spectrum from conceptual planning to timely implementation.

You design and calculate challenging projects in turn-key interior design as well as special services such as raw construction, roof and facade work and develop the requirements profile of projects together with our customers: You advise our customers: in both economic and technical terms, first and foremost offers and present them before customers: You are a direct contact person for costing issues and you will start performance directories and mass determinations You'll get inquiries from after-contracting services and develop our after-contracting network You will develop a comprehensive offer as a basis for a flat-rate assignment and actively participate in different procurement procedures.

You have at least one year of professional experience in the construction calculation. You have a completed training as a civil engineer, architect (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. You are safe in creating performance directories and mass investigations. You have a comprehensive knowledge to evaluate projects. A self-contained, structured way of working as well as a friendly and binding way of dealing with customers and colleagues are yours. You speak and write German (C1 level).
