At the Ulm site we are looking for the HAYN1 area at the next possible time System Engineer for Built In Test (BIT) for 4D Radars (w/m/d) The focus of the activity is on the processing of the entire Buil In Test (BIT) environment, from the definition of BIT requirements to the verification of the error behavior of the radar system. Generally, in the 4D Radar Engineering department, the products TRx-4D are defined systemically, developed and tested together with the specialist areas and integrated and removed with the customer. In addition, we support the program in managing the projects, offering and customer discussions.

Definition of technical system requirements for Naval and Ground Radars of the TRx-4D product family based on customer requirements or contractual requirements Requirements Engineering and Management by DOORS Settlement of error trees taking into account the position of an LRU in the hierarchy of the system and generation of lists to determine the causal LRU responsible for an error image Consideration of symptoms and indications that indicate a faulty component indirectly compilation of a central error catalog via which action instructions for the operator or the Maintainer are generated using time filters, links, error suppression lists etc. These error messages are intended to inform the operator about the current state of health and the currently available performance of the system. Support of the Maintainer in troubleshooting in the system Detection of all LRUs of the sensor system and systematic allocation of unique IDs. Close cooperation with the specialist departments through regular BIT rounds Experience in HW and SW in various operating/stress situations desirable

Complete studies in engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in this field (>5years) Experience in the development of radar systems desirable Experience in dealing with modern development practices Knowledge of DOORS, Atlassian Tools and Jira Knowledge of the procedures and methods of the Engineering system Experience in the professional leadership of teams desirable Teamability, enforcement capability and loadability as well as safe occurrence German and very good English skills Standing for occasional missions
