Customer Quality (m/d)

Your tasks:

• Internal and external complaint processing
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction in complaint processing and quality topics
• Implementation of optimization measures, change processing
• Conception and implementation of a central system for measuring and analyzing customer satisfaction
• Introduction of corrective measures taking into account the potential risks and documentation of Lessons Learned
• Support for internal and external audits in customer satisfaction
• Representation of Key Account Manager

Your profile:

• Successful completion of a technical training, technician (w/m/d) or comparable training
• Experience in quality management and implementation of internal audits
• Knowledge and experience with the Core Tools (PPAP, MSA, SPC)
• Secure handling of customers
• Experiences in customer complaint processing, including the creation of 8D reports
• High level of responsibility and enforcement
• independent analytical method
• Safe knowledge in German and English
