They support the Executive Board in all organizational and administrative matters and ensure a smooth running in the daily business. They prepare committee meetings professionally. They plan, organize and design internal and external events and business appointments. You create meaningful decision templates and presentations, analyze the content and prepare it for management. They coordinate external audits and the annual credit rating process of the bank house. As a central contact person, you act as an interface between the departments and the internal audit. They work actively in projects. Perspectively, there is the possibility to take on further responsibility within the framework of your personal development.

They convince by a successfully completed commercial training or an economic study. They ideally have professional experience in assistance at management level. They are characterized by absolute loyalty and discretion. They convince by an independent, structured way of working and their organizational talent. They are distinguished by a high degree of self-initiative, flexibility and durability and are team-ready. They have experienced knowledge in the current MS Office programs as well as pronounced communicative skills in word and writing.
