Mittendrin: You are an important member of our customer service team and are in contact with our customers every day, whose concerns you answer in writing and by phone. Everything in your hand: You are responsible for preparing, creating and sending the consumption billing of the private/commercial customers for the Strom & Gas divisions and carry out correction and final invoices. To the point: You process input and outgoing market communication messages for GPKE, GeLiGas and WiM processes and are the contact person (w/m/d) for our market partners in the field of billing – you can't start with the terms? – No problem! We'll teach you everything you need. In addition: Your tasks also include the collection, evaluation and plausibility of billing-relevant data as well as the calculation, creation and correction of bills.

Basis: You have a completed commercial training and brings an appropriate professional experience – cross-enterers (w/m/d) are welcome as well as energy professionals. Practice: At best you could already gain first experience in customer care. Personality: You have a team- and process-oriented way of working and you are characterized by a high degree of readiness for responsibility and commitment.
