You develop content with character – from the first idea to the implementation on Instagram, LinkedIn & Co You tell stories that remain hanging – with a sense of image, sound and timing You are producing reels, stories & clips directly from real life – close, authentic and emotional You give a voice to the community – personally, actively and at eye level You develop creative ideas together with partners & creators – you keep the performance in mind and learn from the insights You are on site when it gets exciting – whether at events or behind the scenes

You have experience in social media, content creation or digital storytelling – whether from agency, middle class or own initiative You think in images, formats and audiences – and meet the right sound with your content You can safely master tools like CapCut, Canva, Photoshop or Premiere Rush You want to try things, pitch ideas and make content visible You bring your own initiative, are a creative creator and enthusiastic people – online and live You are open, curious and want to develop brands with character
