Tasks • Compliance with ACHAT quality standards • ensure optimal guest service • Proper handling of objects • Cleaning of rooms and public areas according to hotel standards • Reporting of technical defects • cleaning and care of the hall and reception areas as well as the staircase • Professional handling and care of the entrusted material, work equipment and guest articles • close cooperation with the FrontOffice and the janitor
