You take over the operational and strategic direction of the restructuring / rehabilitation area. You lead, develop and expand the team and take on personnel responsibility. You conduct challenging restructuring, refurbishment and turnaround mandates independently. You create restructuring concepts and control their operational implementation in the company. You develop, plausibility and analyze business and financial planning, integrated business planning and liquidity planning. You accompany companies in crisis, special and insolvency situations and develop viable business and financial solutions. If necessary, you take interim management responsibility and work pragmatically and hands-on directly in the company in critical situations. You prepare self-government, protection and control insolvency procedures, accompany them and tax their implementation on the consultant side. You shape and control distressed M&A processes and actively accompany business purchases and sales in special situations. You support (stressed) investors operatively in the stabilization and reorientation of the business after a takeover. You are a representative for entrepreneurs, shareholders, banks, financers, investors, insolvency administrators and other stakeholders. You gain new mandates and develop the area also in a sales and strategic way. You work closely with adjacent departments such as tax consulting, auditing, corporate finance, transaction consulting and legal advice. You represent the area to the outside, for example in pitches, networking events, lectures or publications.

Your optimal profile

You have several years of professional experience in restructuring, reorganization, turnaround consulting or in a comparable environment. You bring the necessary seniority to manager, senior manager or department manager levels. You have already managed complex mandates independently and understand the requirements of demanding crisis and transformation situations. You have demonstrable leadership experience and enjoy building, developing and successfully controlling teams. You bring distributive strength and have experience in obtaining and developing mandates. You have well-founded knowledge in the areas: restructuring Recovery Turnaround management integrated business planning Liquidity planning Continuous Forecasts Refurbishment concepts, ideally also in the environment of IDW S 6

You are convinced by a secure appearance towards entrepreneurs, shareholders, banks and other stakeholders. You think entrepreneurial, trade solution-oriented and combine strategic views with a pronounced hands-on mentality. You are strong in communication, safe from negotiation, and keep the necessary calm and clarity even in challenging situations. In the best case, you have a passed accountant or tax advisor exams. .
