Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

The supply chain expert is responsible for the entire operational control of the supply chain as part of the expansion of the active infrastructure (5G rollout). The aim is to ensure efficient, cost-optimized and quality-oriented supply in Germany - from storage to delivery to the installation partners of 1&1 Mobilfunk GmbH. This includes the award, control and monitoring of warehouses and transport orders to external logistics companies. The employee:in coordinates the material flow, monitors the proper execution of the transports and ensures that quality, dates and costs are maintained in the supply chain.

Supply Chain Management: Control of the entire material flow chain (storage/inventory/distribution/return management) Monitoring: KPI ́s (supply performance, stock range, SLA ́s logistics partner) Transportation: order placement and coordination of the contracted logistics companies. Price and contract processing: negotiation of freight rates, testing of offers and invoices and ensuring compliance with framework agreements. Order coordination: collection and control of transport orders in internal systems. Monitoring and quality control: monitoring the timely and proper execution of the transports (send tracking, tracking, status reports). Communication: Interface between internal departments and external partners in the supply chain. Risk management within the supply chain: delivery capacity, processing of deviations, introduction of measures in the event of malfunctions. Documentation and reporting of transport data, compilation of statistics and reports (Excel, PowerBI etc.) Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, safety standards and internal guidelines by the contracted companies.

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of logistics Preferentially completed studies Logistics - Supply Chain Management (not mandatory), Economics, Industrial Engineering Multiannual professional experience in material flow disposition, purchasing, logistics service and contract awarding of advantage. Experience in the telecommunications or electronics industry in the field of supply chain management and understanding of technical products knowledge of the transport and logistics industry and relevant regulations. Very good English knowledge in word and writing for communication with international partners.
