Independent processing of TGA projects in all HOAI performance phases Full responsibility for cost and deadlines Coordination of planning teams and contractors during project implementation Acquisition of contractor representation and safeguarding corporate interests Planning and documentation of TGA and surface optimization Development and coordination of measures to optimise domestic installations

Completed studies in HLSK or comparable training Experience as a specialist planner and project manager in construction projects with high investment volume Knowledge of Workplace Directive, HOAI, VOB, BauGB and BGB Very good MS Office, CAD and AVA knowledge Self-working and service- and customer-oriented thinking and acting Organizational design, reliability and communication strength Flowing / Treatable German Knowledge (at least C1 level)
