As a department manager, you assume the overall strategic, technical and personnel responsibility for the Department of Social Affairs and its employees. You actively contribute to the development of social policy in Baden-Württemberg and support the urban and rural communities in Baden-Württemberg in their diverse tasks. The tasks of the department include, inter alia, social and integration assistance, care, social planning, contracting and remuneration, as well as the supra-local care authority.
