Financial Accountant / Payroll Accountant Full-time (40h) (m/f/d)

Your tasks: (m/w/d) is responsible for the proper, timely and complete implementation of the company's financial and wage accounting. You ensure the creation of correct financial statements as well as transparent and meaningful financial data and ensure a statutory and timely billing. Through your structured and careful operation, you contribute significantly to the financial stability of the company and actively support the implementation of the business plan and the achievement of the corporate goals. Main tasks: Implementation of current financial accounting including debitor, creditor and property account accounting, and coordination of banks and cash registers Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and economic evaluations Monitoring of payment and dunning Own implementation of monthly wage and salary billing including maintenance of staff master files Ensuring the proper handling of all pay tax and social insurance reports Preparation and provision of documents for tax advisors, authorities and external audits Other activities: Support for budget planning and balance Working with the optimization of accounting and administrative processes Support for personal administrative tasks (e.g. travel cost accounting) Participation in transnational projects within the administration

completed commercial training with training in the field of financial or wage accounting or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting and wage billing Good knowledge of tax law, in particular turnover tax and wage tax law Safe handling of common accounting and wage billing software (e.g. DATEV, Navision, MS Business Central) Experience in handling goods management or ERP systems Structured, careful and independent operation High trustworthiness, discretion and sense of responsibility Analytical understanding of business relationships
