Nurse – Occupancy Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for you for our Central occupancy management in full time or part time.

The central bed occupancy management ensures and optimizes our high-quality patient care by using existing capacities as required. Through a transparent building and execution organization with clear decision-making powers, we create a binding organization structure.

Your tasks:

• you coordinate recordings, layings and dismissals and assist in the long-term management of the specialist clinics
• next to the occupancy control, you take the line and moderation in the daily occupancy meetings

Your profile:

• you are examinated /r nursing professional or nursing professional, i.e. Senior Caregiver /in (m/w/d) with three years of training and clinical experience
• Alternatively, you have a Bachelor or specialist in healthcare
• you are fit in the common office programs and has a pronounced number understanding
• and: you bring a hand-on mentality, are open and communicative – for optimal patient occupancy

• permanent employment contract with 38.5 hours/week or in individual part-time, at least 30 days holiday per year
