From the beginning of 2026, we are implementing a new project that is increasingly crucial for the digital resilience of companies: ‘Cyber security with and for AI: visibility, assessment and visibility of support offers’. For this we are looking for a:n Project Coordinator:in

Your tasks You take over the overall coordination for the project and control it over all phases. Project management and cooperation Planning, structuring and coordination of the entire project course (Q1–Q4 2026) Close coordination with partner organisations Further development of project methodology and definition of categories and evaluation criteria Analysis and assessment Systematic collection of existing support and training offers on cyber security with AI reference – including the community management of the AI Alliance Screening and evaluation of the most relevant offers per category by topicality, quality, effectiveness and practicality for SMEs deriving curated recommendations Preparation and publication Creation of a well-accessed overview (web overview, download materials) Coordination of the publication of the results in the format of a “rolling” release – thus continuously, already during the project work Support in cross-channel communication and visibility of results Completion and transfer in existing structures Consolidation of all results and preparation of the final report Gearing of results with existing formats, databases and transfer structures of the AI Alliance

What you should bring Required conditions Experience in independent management and structuring of projects Ability to coordinate and bring together several partners Analytical and Structured Operation Safe appearance and convincing oral and written expressability High level of autonomy and sense of responsibility We look forward to the following additional knowledge, but do not require it Experience in technology transfer or in exchange with companies and associations Handling assessment methods or qualitative criteria catalogs Interest and basic understanding of cyber security and digital resilience Reference to AI topics or digital applications, in particular in business and administration
