Support in the design and testing of contracts and supplements Enforcement and defence of claims against third parties (Contract & Claim) from the areas of private building, architect and engineering law under the regulations of the BGB, VOB/B and the HOAI Support in the examination of deficiencies and the use and demand of collateral (reservation and guarantees) Creation of internal notes, opinions and decision templates Support in the implementation of a digital contract management system for documentation of the contractual documentation relevant to claims, as well as time limit notation and tracking (Digital Building Act)

First Legal State Exam First knowledge in and/or a practicable interest in the addressed tasks Good MS Office knowledge Good English knowledge of word and writing Ability to identify and present complex, technical, economic and legal situations clearly and accurately Good communication capability and independent operation
