Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of machinery and equipment in concrete production
• Production of precast concrete parts
• Installation and conversion of production plants
• Implementation of quality controls during the manufacturing process
• Fixing small disturbances and maintenance support
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Compliance with safety and quality standards

You bring it:

• Technical understanding and interest in machinery and production processes
• Experience as a machine operator of advantage, but not required
• Handicraft skill and reliable operation
• willingness to learn new activities
• Team skills and motivation
• Class B licence and own vehicle required
• Quer beginners are welcome

A completed training is not absolutely necessary. Motivation, technical understanding and willingness to work in the long term are important.
