Working Student (f/m/d) - Project ''Hand in Hand for International Talents''

DIHK Service GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) and is a designer, developer and implementer of projects for the Chambers of Commerce and Industry (IHKs), the Chambers of Commerce (AHKs) and the DIHK. In order to strengthen our team in the “Hand in Hand for International Talents” project at DIHK Service GmbH at the location in Berlin, we are looking for a student assistant (w/m/d) in parttime (15 hours a week). The position is project-related for the first time until 31.05.2026. The aim of the pilot project funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) is to develop practical processes for successful acquisition and placement of professionally qualified professionals from third countries, together with selected IHKs, AHKs and other actors in cooperation with the Federal Agency for Labour (BA). In particular the role of the project controller (concept, monitoring, project promoter and contact person function, networking of the participating actors) is played by the office.

You are interested in the subject of shortage of skilled workers and international recruitment. They are interested in editing texts for different target groups. You are currently in your Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably with focus on communication and marketing). You can support the team on two to three days a week, and a flexible classification is optimally possible here. They are safe in handling the MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). They have very good German knowledge (min. C1). Experience with image / video editing programs (e.g. Adobe InDesign / Adobe Premiere) is advantageous. A structured and conscientious procedure and accuracy are your strengths. They like to work in the team and have a look at what tasks priority is.
