Payroll Executive (m/f/d)

As HR Manager (m/w/d), you are part of our dedicated HR team at the Grünhain-Beierfeld site. Together, we provide more than 400 employees – including trainees, BA students and interns – with advice on all personal topics. You play a central role in administrative staff work with a focus on pay billing and actively contribute to the service orientation of our HR work. Own-sponsored implementation of wage and salary accounting Processing of data for financial accounting Supporting the time economy and compiling statistics Implementation of monthly and annual reporting Advising employees on billing topics Care of personal master files and management of personal files

Successfully completed commercial training Knowledge of wage and salary accounting Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel High IT affinity and experience in handling billing systems Careful, structured and reliable operation Discretion and sensitivity in handling personal data Embossed service orientation and communication strength
