Working student in the field of power damage (m/w/d)

Welcome to Allianz

For our modern and innovative location in Frankfurt we are looking for a working student (m/w/d).

You are a contact point for our customers: in case of damage and answer their questions both in writing and in person on the phone with a service-oriented and customer-friendly approach.

You are responsible for the collection of KFZ damages in our systems, inform the customers about the current status and explain the last billing letters in a comprehensible way.

You will process various questions about KFZ-Schäden and take the bill.

This is what we expect as a working student (m/w/d)

After you have been incorporated, you process simple KFZ damage and collect new damage in our systems. You are responsible for the allocation of documents. You carry out your tasks independently and responsibly and can set up flexible and innovative ways of working.

You are currently enrolled in a course of study. You have good oral and written expressiveness in German. You are characterized by a pronounced team capacity, conflictability and organisational skills. Also empathy, communication strength, joy in contact with people via the different communication channels are not strange to you and if something goes wrong, it does not bring you out of rest. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
