Responsibility: Own-sponsored management of the electric team in the automotive industry with the focus on energy and building technology Inspire technology: technically perfect, timely and economical processing of the control services in the field of electrical engineering; compilation of all written project documents/documentations, building journal, etc.; Compliance with contractual obligations to our customers to prepare tasks: participation in meetings and material dispositions according to schedule and quantity; Maintenance and testing of electrical installations Analytical procedure: creation of offers and cost proposals as well as creation of extensive maintenance plans living in cooperation: specialist leadership, motivation and deployment planning of a smaller team of employees; Supporting sub-contractors and monitoring of performance, including support for contracting and consulting our customers Promoting progress: customer support and acquisition of follow-up orders

Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of professional experience as a master (m/w/d) in the management of construction sites/projects as well as in employee management; Experience from the assembly, maintenance and commissioning of the TGA (Technical building equipment) Knowledge: In dealing with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Working methods: independent work; entrepreneurial thinking and action; strong customer and service orientation as well as team skills Personality: High level of initiative and sense of responsibility Additional qualification: driving licence class B
