You are group-wide, central Sparring partner for all strategic and operational topics, projects and inquiries related to pay billing and time management You develop and manage solutions for complex billing questions and develop new and innovative services You actively drive the digitization and optimization of our processes, proactively approach the various players in the group and work on group-wide projects with You are Group-wide central contact for external auditors (m/w/d) and authorities as well as for internal executives You guide and inspire our professionally versed payroll and time management team in a disciplined manner, so that the monthly billing of charges takes place correctly and on time You develop the team members individually through coaching and training and support team-wide cooperation

Studying with HR focus or equivalent qualification and experience through completed commercial training and further training as a human resource specialist (m/w/d) At least 5 years of experience in the billing and management of teams Secure handling of SAP HCM PY (personal administration, customizing, reporting, corporate management and controlling) Knowledge of tax, social security and labour law as well as experience in the implementation of internal controls and audits Insufficient, long-term experience in compliance with statutory, collective and internal requirements Communication strength, organizational talent and desire for change High level of discretion and quality awareness Language level German: at least C1 for successful cooperation
