Central IT contact at Zurich location for colleagues in office and manufacturing, from workplace computers to production-oriented IT systems

Select, acquire, install, configure, operate, expand, and accompany personal and complex IT systems during operation

Record, analyze, identify and solve problems and errors in hardware and software in the office and manufacturing environment, together with the central IT

1st and selected 2nd level support tasks, including advice, instruction and support of users:inside

Detect, classify and edit network and server topics at the site in close coordination with central IT in Oberkochen

Configure and keep production-oriented IT solutions, edge computing and IT security in the manufacturing sector

Programming and Management of Business Applications as well as cooperation in Business Data Analytics solutions for the location

Actively participate in IT and digitalization projects in operations and R&D (from planning to rollout), supported by the professional team in Oberkochen

As part of defined standby services, help to ensure the 7x24 operation of critical systems

Background as a specialist in system integration with additional qualification (e.g. technician) or computer science studies on HF/FH level or comparable qualification (m/w/x)

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with responsibility for computer workstations and production systems, ideally in a producing industrial environment

Safe in x86 hardware, Windows, Active Directory, Networking (e.g. Cisco, CCNA), backup solutions such as Veeam or Acronis as well as tools such as SCCM, Power BI and SAP

First practice with Linux, virtualization and edge computing or a strong willingness to work on these topics systematically

Embossed service orientation, structured and self-organized working and joy in acting as a generalistic IT point with many interfaces independently

Very good knowledge of German at level C1 and English at level B2 in word and writing
