Solution Specialist ESM (m/f/d)

The Solution Specialist ESM (m/w/d) is responsible for operating the enterprise service management solution within the company. This role supports the service areas of the UKA to standardize their processes in our software solution and to make them transparent and comprehensible. The aim is to improve service quality in the UKA Group in a sustainable manner and to optimally support the value chain. Analysis of existing service processes for identifying automation and optimization potentials Development and implementation of best practices in service management to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions Implementation and subsequent support of tailor-made service solutions for our internal customers Creation of technical documentation and process descriptions – from manuals to instructions to FAQs close cooperation with different stakeholders to transfer non-technical requirements into technical functions Training of Key Usern Implementation of change and release management for service processes in the ESM, as well as control of function tests

a successfully completed study of the business economy, business informatics or a comparable qualification; alternatively, at least 5 years of professional experience with focus on service management You have already been active in the introduction of new company-wide software in a medium-sized company and have preferably implemented individual work packages or subprojects independently You have ideally experience in process analysis as well as imaging these in enterprise service management systems ITIL or Service Management are not strange to you You draw your attention through a structured and conscientious way of working, communication strength and quick understanding You have good co-ordinative skills, communicative and solution-oriented approach as well as cross-disciplinary thinking You have very good communication and presentation skills and are able to systematically implement technical requirements in the solution You like to take responsibility and show a high degree of self-initiative You speak German and English fluently in word and writing
