• You make sure that the IT service runs smoothly - on the phone as well as directly with the customer on site
• As a central point of contact in the dispatch, you receive requests, prioritize tickets and coordinate the use of technicians
• You monitor service-level agreements, plead the documentation in the ticket system and keep all participants informed
• On site you analyze hardware errors, exchange defective devices and perform simple software installations
• With your service-oriented way, you can stand up with your customer and act independently

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete training in IT (e.g. specialist:in or IT system electronics:in) or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support, ideally also in dispatch or field service
• Safe handling of ticket systems such as ServiceNow, OTRS or Jira and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of the diagnosis and repair of IT hardware
• Personally, we especially like your structured way of working, your pronounced service orientation and your talent to keep an overview even in stressful situations.
• Class B driving licence and standby for external service operations
