Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences (h_da) is one of the largest universities in Germany for applied sciences with locations in the cities of Darmstadt as well as Dieburg and with other eight European partner universities part of Allianz EUt+. The constantly changing and complex tasks of a university in teaching, research and administration make the activities at the university an exciting and versatile field of activity. In this role, you actively shape the further development of the SAP-based personal processes and contribute significantly to the digitization and optimization of personnel management. You work closely with the data center and external SAP service providers.

Central key user function for SAP HCM in the HR department; first contact person for all users Support and further development of SAP HCM applications in close coordination with the data center Illustration, development and maintenance of the SAP organization management including the job plan in SAP HCM Ensuring billing runs Coordination and implementation of system tests, releases and quality assurance measures Creation and development of evaluations and reports (e.g. SAP Query) Analysis and optimization of HR processes and creation of process documentation Acquisition, support and technical implementation of SAP and digitization projects in the personnel sector

Completed studies (Bachelor or FH Diploma), preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Sciences, Administration Informatics or a comparable degree course Min. one-year professional experience in the application of SAP, ideally SAP HCM in the personnel sector Good knowledge of the collection, processing and evaluation of data Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level) Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Self-employed, structured and careful working Embossed communication and team skills as well as high social competence Gender and diversity skills are assumed Of advantage are:knowledge in SAP HCM Customizing and in permission management Experience in SAP organization management Experience in project management, especially in the introduction of personnel management systems Basic knowledge of the structures and processes of a university or public institution Good English skills for working with English-speaking SAP documentation
