You develop and optimise modern, demand-oriented solutions for the safe, stable and efficient operation of the multi-site network infrastructure. You design, configure and implement IP networks, LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN and VPN and carry them into operational operation. You advise internal areas and external service providers professionally and technically, manage their lines and accompany the implementation of new network and security solutions. You design the further development of the network and network security infrastructure, including firewalls, segmentation, network-based services and automation solutions. You ensure a high level of service and network quality, analyze KPIs and disturbances and derive appropriate measures from them. You contribute to the implementation of basic BSI requirements, the creation of technical tender documents and the maintenance and development of system documentation.

You have completed university studies in electrical engineering or computer science or have a comparable qualification with equivalent knowledge and experience. You have experience in network infrastructures, technologies and security solutions. You ideally have competences in the field of cloud derivatives and software-defined architectures (SDN). You have deeper knowledge in the administration and configuration of networks, in particular firewalls, authentication systems and endpoint security solutions. You bring practical experience in project and process management.
