Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

As Head of Quality Assurance (m/w/d) you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a six-member team at our production site Halver. You are responsible for the production-accompanying quality assurance, analyze internal deviations systematically and actively shape our global quality strategies. Leadership and further development of the team of production-accompanying quality assurance Management of quality meetings and promotion of lean and CS initiatives Planning, coordination and optimization of testing processes in close cooperation with production and development Analysis of internal deviations, control of error management and implementation of sustainable corrective measures Participation in the digitization of quality-relevant processes Implementation and further development of global QM strategies (e.g. House of Quality, Zero Error Strategy)

Complete technical studies focusing on quality assurance, manufacturing technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideal in electronics manufacturing management experience and sound knowledge in QM methods (e.g. 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa); Auditor Qualification Benefit Secure handling of MS Office, SAP and CAQ systems Structured, independent operation with high reliability Embossed communication strength, persuasiveness and customer orientation Very good German and good English skills
