Commercial Employee Billing / Controlling

Working environment: You will be part of our sales team at Wilhelmshaven and support in the areas of billing and controlling Accounting: You create invoices and credits, check them and make sure that the tax proofs are available Documentation: Creation, monitoring and management of purchase and sales confirmations and production of delivery documents Responsibility You carefully check reports and reports and maintain our BI systems Data management: You continuously maintain incoming data, ensure completeness and, if necessary, collect missing datasets/information In exchange: You are in continuous coordination and correspondence with our customers, colleagues and management

Education and experience: You have a completed commercial training and first experience in a comparable position Understanding figures: You bring a pronounced number affinity with IT-Skills: Routinized handling of common MS-Office applications, especially Excel Working methods: You have a high degree of readiness and also work with a high level of work in a sovereign, structured and transparent manner.
