Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, technical business, engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the areas of program management, contract management, customer support or a comparable environment, ideally in the defence industry or Bundeswehr In-depth knowledge of contracting, offering and leading a project Impressed negotiating skills and enforcement capabilities as well as the ability to achieve sustainable solutions even in challenging situations High self-initiative as well as a structured, independent and targeted way of working Strong team and communication skills as well as pleasure in cross-departmental cooperation and coordination of interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of English in word and writing that enable sovereign communication in the international business environment High readiness for national and international business trips as part of customer and project support Good knowledge of MS Office programs
