Release Manager (m/w/d)

In your role as Release Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of releases according to ITIL Best Practice. They evaluate dependencies and risks and are therefore able to initiate necessary countermeasures. They advise internal stakeholders in complex tasks within your field of activity and are responsible for customer communication around the topic of releases. They work closely with the change and configuration management, start or coordinate changes to the releases and document the changes to the IT infrastructure and its components. They participate in cross-departmental working groups with a focus on your field of action and show efficient solutions. The further development and optimization of the release processes as well as the definition of meaningful KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) complete your task spectrum.

You have a completed master or bachelor's degree of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Alternatively, you can provide a completed training in the field of IT and several years of relevant professional experience. They bring well-founded knowledge in the practical application of ITIL as well as ideally in the field of release management and/or IT change management. They love the challenge of analysing complex issues in order to develop solutions that are independent and independent of demand. You are distinguished by a careful and structured procedure. You have fun communicating with our company-internal customers (m/w/d) and can adapt to their needs. You want to get involved in our team and drive topics.
