HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

You advise executives and employees in all personal and labour law issues and support you as a business partner. You are responsible for recruitment measures and accompany the onboarding process. You work confidently with the works council, departments and other stakeholders. You take full responsibility for the employee lifecycle You ensure a smooth implementation of HR processes in compliance with labour and collective agreements and existing business agreements. You are responsible for HR projects.

You have successfully completed their studies, e.g. in human resources management, economic psychology, BWL or a comparable discipline. You can demonstrate a multiannual professional experience in a comparable role in the industrial environment. You have very good knowledge of labour and collective bargaining. You are used to work independently and independently. You have very good English skills in word and writing, good communication and consulting skills, strategic vision and a team-oriented way of working. In addition, you have good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP).
