Operational development and supervision of control processes • Contract management • Support for personnel planning and resource planning IT Financial Planning and Controlling • Budget planning and cost forum • Cost control Project work • Process optimization • Organisational projects • Business / IT Alignment Organisation of management systems, quality assurance and management of documents within IT, e.g. in relation to: • Quality management • Risk management / BCM • IT Security (ISMS)

• Studies in Business Administration or Business Informatics, possibly completed kfm. Training with deepening in IT or insurance • A desire and ability to take responsibility and shape • Very good knowledge of structures and processes in IT operating and project organisations • Security in dealing with numbers, desirable: pre-experiences with planning and controlling processes • Very good IT knowledge, safe handling of Jira and Excel, ideally incl. Pivot, S-V • Embossed service orientation, team skills • Very high reliability and liability • high commitment, independent solution competence and a structured working method • Ideally understanding processes in the insurance industry • Good knowledge of German and English
