Your tasks:

• Social work in urban accommodation for refugees:
• Contact person for residents, information and regulations for good living together in the respective accommodation
• Communication to the relevant institutions and bodies
• Cooperation with the various competent offices and institutions
• Social networking (e.g. in the neighborhood and with associations) to promote participation and encounter
• Organisation of offers for and with residents, among other things, through the support of self-organization and the integration of organizations, associations and volunteers
• Promoting, supporting and supporting volunteer engagement in integration work
• Participation in joint actions and projects in the field of customer integration and community work to promote participation and social cohesion, e.g. intercultural weeks or Café International

Your profile:

• Possible experience in working with refugees and volunteers, in consulting and social group work
• Language skills desirable
• Intercultural competence, emotional stability and conflictability
• willingness to take over responsibility and independent work and organisational skills
• willingness to serve in the evening hours and weekends
