For a renowned industrial company in the area of Dortmund, we are looking for a qualified machining mechanic / tool forerunner (m/w/d) for the field of mechanical manufacturing.

Assembly, measurement and provision of complete tools for machining centres Management of tools, devices and measuring and testing equipment in the TDM tool management system Operation of measuring and adjusting machines for precise tool presetting Roughening, cleaning and provision of workpieces, devices and clamping pallets Determining the tool needs at the machining centers as well as storing and removing new and used tools

Complete vocational training as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or comparable qualification At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical manufacturing or tool presetting Safe technical understanding and good knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools and devices Ideally, the first experience with SAP, TDM or Creo or the willingness to work quickly into new systems Reliable, resilient and flexible working methods and readiness for shiftwork
