Central control and further development of the service plan and working time processes at system and regulatory level Administration and technical support of our service plan and time management software (including adaptation to tariff and legal changes) Examination and evaluation of new service models of the departments before forwarding to the works council Ensuring compliance with labour-time, collective and operational regulations (e.g. ArbZG, collective agreement, service agreements) Creation and analysis of evaluations, key figures and reports in the working time context Close cooperation with personnel controlling, IT, works council and departments Advising executives in key matters of service planning (non-operational planning) Participation in projects for the further development and digitization of working time management

Multiannual experience in working time management, HR controlling or in a comparable analytically shaped HR function Very good understanding of working time regulations, tariffs and their systemic implementation Experience with time management or service plan software (ideally CGM) Embossed numerical affinity and structured and analytical methods Sovereign in dealing with complex rules and their practical application Communication strength and the ability to understand even complex issues Experience in the hospital or health environment is beneficial, but no need
