You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in building monitoring, ideally with first project management or coordination responsibility. You are safe in handling technical regulations and construction contract law (VOB, HOAI etc.). You think and act entrepreneurial, structured and solution-oriented. You have experience in handling cost, appointment and quality management of complex construction projects. You can safely apply the current MS Office programs; ideally you will also bring experience with MS Project and iTWO. You have German language skills at native language level. You have a valid passenger car license of class B. A serviceable, also privately usable vehicle is provided.
