Head of Accounting (m/f/d)

Leadership & Development: You conduct the Central Accounting Division of H. Gautzsch Zentrale Dienst GmbH, which conducts all accounting of the group of companies, professionally and disciplinaryly, develops employees in a targeted manner and promotes a powerful team culture. Responsibility: You will present the annual accounts of all H. Gautzsch Group companies in cooperation with the Accounting Division. Taxes & Compliance: You ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements and coordinate cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and authorities. Financial processes: You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and ensure efficient, standardized processes in accounting. Digitalization & systems: You actively drive the digitalization and automation of accounting processes and continuously develop the system landscape. SAP Management: You are responsible for the technical development of the SAP financial processes and work closely with the IT and specialist areas. Management Contact: You advise management and executives in accounting, tax and financial issues. Project work: You conduct cross-departmental projects and actively support the further development of our financial organization.

Best conditions: You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree course with a focus on accounting, finance or tax, or you have a qualification as a tax advisor (m/w/d). Finding professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in accounting and accounting. You can assess operational accounting issues professionally and can already take responsibility for financial and financial processes. Leadership: You bring experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees and convince by a motivating and value-adding leadership style. SAP knowledge: You have good knowledge of SAP FI/CO as well as a strong understanding of integrated ERP processes. IT and digitalization affinity: You have the pleasure of optimizing processes, recognizing digitalization potential and using modern technologies in the financial sector. Accounting and tax knowledge: You have a well-founded knowledge of trade and tax law as well as the creation of annual accounts. Analytical Strength: You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview in complex contexts. Communication strength: You are confident in the management, departments, auditors and external partners.
