Master Optician - Branch Management / Customer Service (m/f/d)

You take full responsibility for your branch, guide and develop your team from opticians:inside, you are the first respondent for all operational and human issues. You will ensure a first-class customer experience, actively advise on sales and use your expertise to optimally fulfill the wishes of our customers. You analyze the relevant business performance figures, thus controlling the economic success of your store and responsible for the personnel deployment and inventory planning. As a professional model, you will ensure the high quality standards in the workshop as well as in the case of eye-optical consulting and continuously develop the processes in your area of responsibility.

You have successfully completed your master's examination in the optic – this is the basis for everything else. You already bring leadership experience from retail and know how to motivate and develop a team. Numbers are not a foreign word for you: You are safe in handling business performance indicators and control instruments. As an entrepreneurial thinking personality, you like to take responsibility and take your hand on mentality. With your safe sense of the needs of your customers, you can create a first-class service experience. You speak and write German to C1 level
