HR Payroll & Service (m/f/d)

You take a central role in our HR organization and reliably accompany our employees across the entire employee lifecycle. You want to further expand your know-how in the HR environment and find a position where you can take responsibility and develop professionally? Then you're right with us. In this role, you work closely with experienced colleagues: inside and are an important part of our HR and personnel processes. You work on operational personnel topics along the Employee Lifecycle – from contract changes to the maintenance of personnel master files to certificates and exit documents. You are responsible for preparing the monthly pay bill for a defined employee group. You are the first contact person for employees and executives with questions about salary & salary, time recording and other personal topics. You ensure that our HR processes and standards are implemented correctly, on time and in a comprehensible manner. You actively participate in the further development and digitization of our HR processes and introduce your own ideas for optimization.

You have completed a commercial training or a comparable qualification – ideally with HR reference. You have already been able to gain first practical experience in personnel handling, ideally also in the context of pay billing, or have already further experience in these areas. You are interested in personal administrative and accounting topics, are happy to work with figures and legal frameworks and want to develop professionally. You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and keep an overview even with recurring tasks. You will be happy to communicate, perform safe and service-oriented and enjoy sharing with employees and executives. You are digitally affin, work quickly into new tools and you want to actively shape changes.
