Discipline and professional management of a maintenance team of up to 10 employees for the HKLS plants Compliance with dates, costs and quality and performance of contract management Creating offers, technical development and concept creation, customer support, selection of suppliers as well as preparing and conducting the award talks Responsibility for compliance with the economic indicators/budgets as well as for forecasts, if necessary analysis of the projects and showing target-actual deviations Active participation in the leadership and support in the strategic and operational development of the branch and its own project team

Training e.g. as a plant mechanic HKLS / mechatronics for refrigeration / gas-water installer / central heating and ventilation builder or a comparable qualification Technical studies in the field of supply technology / building technology / technical building equipment or similar courses Good knowledge of MS Office, competence in digitization and AI applications Team player with communication strength, initiative and solution-oriented thinking and action as well as a high service orientation German knowledge at least on Level C1
